Foundational Theory

Philosophy of personal therapy integrated with consultation, providing guidance for working with clients throughout the experience and post-session integration. The training includes recognizing common responses such as crying, fatigue, feeling lighter, or difficulty sleeping; learning how to explain these responses clearly and simply without over-mystifying the process; and understanding when further observation or follow-up may be needed.

Working within a therapeutic session framework:

  • Before the session: intake, observation, setting intention

  • During the session: guiding, observing responses, adjusting techniques

  • After the session: communication, integration, and post-session guidance

Understanding the energetic archetypes of the chakra system and the life lessons associated with each energy center.

Discussion of approaches to restore, balance, and maintain the functional state of the chakras within therapeutic practice.

Building personal branding and developing services for professional practitioners.

Identifying client profiles, needs, and behavioral patterns within therapeutic settings.

Communication skills, including how to ask questions, listen, and respond appropriately during sessions.

Strengthening personal energy through breathwork practices integrated throughout the training, supporting the therapist’s emotional and psychological stability.

Voice activation exercises to support communication, creativity, and authentic self-expression.

Post-training guidance through practical case studies, including understanding when you are ready to work with clients and how to respond to situations that may arise after a session.

2–3 practical case studies including stress, sleep issues, and emotional overwhelm:

  • Approaches to starting, adjusting, and closing a session

  • Understanding what may not work effectively and how to reflect on technique, personal capacity, and working conditions

Developing Practitioner Self-Awareness

  • Observing your own state while working

  • Recognizing when you are affected by a client’s condition

  • Returning to a neutral and grounded state

  • Understanding when to pause or adjust a session

  • Recognizing the limits of practice (not replacing medical or psychological treatment)

  • Maintaining healthy boundaries with clients

Recognizing clients’ energetic conditions and adapting techniques appropriately within each session through observation of:

  • Physical signs: breathing patterns, muscular tension, body responses
