Sasha’s yoga journey started from the search to heal her own body aches which had resulted from the intense work as a diving instructor. Rediscovering yoga had helped Sasha tremendously in removing her physical pains. During Sasha’s teaching, she likes to pay close attention to the correct alignments and safety of her students, as well as guide them in how to move and adjust postures for the best results in practice.
